1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 8gl Casino platform, accessible at 8gl.app and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications operated by 8gl. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 8gl, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them at all times.

2 Eligibility

8gl reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 8gl may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 8gl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 8gl account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 8gl is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8gl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 8gl support immediately.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• 8gl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in 8gl's operational policies.
• You must not use another person's identity or payment method to register or fund an 8gl account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 8gl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 8gl supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected and may be updated from time to time. Players are encouraged to check the current limits in their account dashboard.

All funds deposited into your 8gl account must originate from a payment source that is legally owned by you. 8gl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• 8gl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

8gl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your 8gl account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and cannot be withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• 8gl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

• Free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and referral rewards are each governed by their own specific promotional terms, which take precedence over these general bonus provisions where they conflict.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 8gl platform — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

8gl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. 7 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 8gl platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 8gl staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 8gl platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8gl platform — including but not limited to the 8gl brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8gl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 8gl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 8gl content without prior written consent.
• Use the 8gl brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any 8gl content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of 8gl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 8gl.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8gl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 8gl platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 8gl is not liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 8gl's reasonable control.

• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

The 8gl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8gl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10 Privacy & Data

8gl is committed to protecting the personal data of all players in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by 8gl's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an account with 8gl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, identity verification data, transaction records, gameplay history, and device information.

8gl implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. 11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Closure

8gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Abusive behavior directed at 8gl staff or other players.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure for cause, 8gl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and won funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 8gl account may do so by contacting 8gl customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player.

13 Amendments to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact 8gl's customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 8gl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the platform.
